Our Guarantee

Active Property Investments LLC stands behind the quality and usefulness of the Builder Risk Index. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you purchase the Builder Risk Index and are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked — provided you request it within 7 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us:

We process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Refunds are available to the original purchaser only
  • One refund per customer
  • Requests submitted after 7 days will not be honored except in cases of documented technical failure to deliver

Delivery Failures

If you did not receive your PDF due to a technical issue on our end (e.g., delivery email bounced or was blocked), we will re-send your download link or issue a full refund at your choice, regardless of the 30-day window. Please contact us as soon as possible if this occurs.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your IP address or email being flagged by our payment processor.
