With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Christian Atkins has built a comprehensive background working alongside general contractors, developers, and architectural teams on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. His expertise spans the full construction lifecycle, including project coordination, site evaluation, construction oversight, development planning, tenant improvements, and buildout management.

In addition to his construction background, Christian brings over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, serving clients across multiple asset classes in both residential and commercial markets. His residential experience includes vacant land acquisition and analysis, single-family homes, condominiums, and extensive new construction sales experience. He has worked closely with buyers, builders, developers, and investors throughout the new construction process, including lot evaluation, builder selection, construction coordination, contract negotiations, upgrade analysis, and pre-construction planning.

Christian's ability to evaluate properties from both a construction and real estate standpoint allows him to identify risks, opportunities, construction quality issues, and value drivers that are often overlooked in traditional transactions. With over 15 years of experience as a business owner in the flooring industry, Phuong has developed extensive expertise in both retail sales and full-service flooring installation operations. Managing a successful cash-and-carry and installation business has provided her with deep knowledge of product sourcing, customer service, project coordination, budgeting, contractor relationships, and interior finish selections across a wide range of residential properties.

In addition to her business background, Phuong brings more than 16 years of real estate experience with a strong concentration in the residential market. Her expertise includes vacant land, single-family homes, condominiums, and investment properties, along with specialized and extensive experience in short sales, foreclosures, and bank-owned properties throughout Southwest Florida.

Phuong's combined background in real estate and residential construction-related business operations provides clients with a practical, detail-oriented perspective. Her experience evaluating property condition, renovation opportunities, builder quality, construction finishes, and market positioning allows her to help clients make informed decisions whether purchasing, selling, building, or investing.
